All items are sent via Royal Mail / TNT. Free Delivery. If purchasing outside UK mainland please contact us first for a price on shipping.
Please note. If your address is in a regional exception (i.e., Isle of Man or Northern Ireland) or outside mainland U.K., please contact us as there will be extra postage costs on all our products.
We will endeavour to despatch your order the same day, providing we recieve the order by 2pm and all the security checks are satisfactory. Any order placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following day. Typically on 48hr carriage. Unfortunately we can not guarantee the performance of our couriers, but using Royal Mail problems are rare.
Cancellation / Return / Refund Policy – If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with any item you have ordered then you can return it within 14 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original and re-saleable condition. The purchaser is responsible for all costs associated with the return of the products. If the product is not defective or damaged and is not returned to us within 14 days and in the original condition, It may be returned to you at your costs. Please note that it can take up to 2 weeks after return for your full refund. However in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. If your parcel is lost or stolen, in transit via our parcel carrier, we will fully refund your money or alternatively send out a replacement.
Complaints – Should you wish to make a comment or complaint about any of our products or services please email mandy@idleback.co.uk or call 01709 837906. Any complaints will be handled fairly, effectively and confidentially. Acknowledgement will be within 3 working days, and we will endeavour to resolve any problems as a matter of priority.
Privacy Policy – We use Lloyds Card Net as our payment service provider (psp) they act as a secure link between us and your bank. Our company will not hold any financial details for any of it’s customers, we do not disclose your details to any third party.
